The Hypnotic Memory Gun is a gun invented by Dr. Blowhole, it has similar effects to a dementor, but steals the controller of the victim's brain, not their soul.

The gun pulls out happy ideas, thoughts, and emotions from the victim. If given a chance long enough, it could remove the Brain Functional Controller.
UsageEdit
Private is the only known penguin to have his Brain Functional Controller removed like this. Only Skipper & Kowalski felt it's destructive force when trying to defend Private by sliding in front of it.
