Dementor's Kiss Glue is liquid-like solid that remains on a dementor's lips. The glue is named after what it's used for. The glue sticks to saliva, and other liquids, on a victim's lips. It makes it perfect for a dementor to perform the Dementor's Kiss without having its lips lose contact with the victims'. The glue can't be removed from a dementor's lips. It is dangerous because it's only seen when the victim is about to be Kissed.
